Clem Wood

Clem Wood is a member of our Consumer Products, People & Organization, and Performance Improvement practices.

Clem has advised several of the top 100 consumer products companies in the world across the food, beverage, apparel, and personal and household care sectors. His expertise and experience span large-scale transformations, operating model design and installation, cost reduction, and change management. Work he led with a global consumer goods client won the World Procurement Awards' 2025 Procurement Consultancy Project Award.

In addition to his client work, Clem is a leader in Advanced Degree recruiting for our New York office.

He holds a PhD from Princeton University, an MSt from the University of Oxford, and a BA from Harvard University, all in Classics.

In his personal time, Clem enjoys reading, running, traveling, and spending time with his wife, children, and dogs.
