Glenn Engler

Glenn Engler is a member of our Private Equity Group.

Glenn works with Bain's private equity clients in both transactions and within their operating portfolio. His primary focus is on marketing services businesses (e.g., ad tech, social media tools, CRM, performance marketing, marketing agencies) and "digital at the core" business models (e.g., smart homes, smart buildings, telematics, IoT, e-commerce marketplaces).

In addition to his client work, Glenn is involved in our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts, and helps lead recruiting at Tufts University.

Prior to joining us in 2021, Glenn led digital strategy for another global consulting firm. Previous experiences include executive leadership roles at the largest digital agency in the world and the largest independent global communications firm.

He received B.A. and M.A. degrees in economics from Tufts University in Medford, MA.

Glenn is a Board member at the non-profit Horizons for Homeless Children in Boston, MA, where he is a member of the Executive Committee and co-leads the Marketing & Development and Nominating Committees. Glenn is an Advisory Board member of the Derby Entrepreneurship Center at Tufts University. He also serves as a judge and mentor for MassChallenge, the startup accelerator.
