Kevin Reynolds is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice.

He brings a general manager mindset to his client work, partnering with leadership teams to develop actionable growth strategies and deploy a pragmatic performance improvement toolkit. Kevin focuses on helping organizations strengthen their strategy, sales and marketing, product, and operations capabilities to drive long-term, sustainable results.

Prior to joining Bain, Kevin spent eight years in the U.S. Intelligence Community, where he advised senior policymakers on global foreign policy and national-security priorities. He draws on this experience to bring a cross-functional, analytical approach to business transformation challenges.

He holds an MBA from MIT and a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University.
