Lesley Butler is a leader in our Consumer Products practice.
During her 20+ year career in the industry she has worked with many of the top-50 consumer goods companies, across food, beverage, and personal care with a focus on unlocking consumer-led growth for her clients. She brings expertise across a range of growth topics including brand and innovation strategy, marketing efficiency & experimentation and broader marketing transformations.
Prior to Bain, Lesley held numerous marketing leadership positions at Pepsico and Kraft. She was also Chief Marketing Officer of Tovala, a direct-to-consumer food tech company which she built the growth model to significantly scale the company form Series A to Series C.
Lesley graduated with distinction from the Harvard Business School and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University in Canada.
Originally from Canada, Lesley now lives with her husband in Chicago where they are parents to two young boys.
