Mikey
Mikey Vu leads our Retail AI practice in the Americas and is also a member of our Retail, Digital, and Technology practices.
He has more than 15 years of consulting experience and formerly worked in our Chicago and London offices.
Mikey's primary areas of focus are Generative AI, traditional AI, and disruptive technology in retail. He has helped his clients develop their AI strategies and accelerate their AI efforts. He leads both strategy consulting and technical engineering teams to drive scale results.
His core case work has included:
- AI strategy and AI use case scaling acceleration effort at a leading mass retailer
- AI-driven inventory management program for a leading retailer, achieving 11% excess inventory reduction and 20% order cycle time reduction, while simultaneously achieving 12% sales uplift
- AI-driven cost reduction program for a major retailer, which led to a 4% decrease in cost of goods sold
Mikey holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University.
