Patrick Connelly

Pat Connelly is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice.

He works with leading industrial companies across building products manufacturing and distribution, machinery manufacturing and distribution, and third-party logistics and contract logistics. His work focuses on growth strategy, go-to-market transformation, and pricing excellence.

Beyond his client work, Pat founded and leads our Chicago office’s People Leader training program, which develops the leadership capabilities of our consultants and associate consultants. He is also a member of our Chicago Senior Manager & Associate Partner cohort leadership team, where he works on initiatives to enhance the cohort’s professional development and work experience.

Pat joined Bain after earning a degree in chemical engineering from the University of Notre Dame and later graduated from Harvard Business School.

Outside of work, Pat enjoys running along the Chicago lakefront with his wife and young son and is always searching for Chicago’s best bagel.
