Rajiv Karna is a member of our Retail, Advanced Manufacturing & Services, Strategy, and Enterprise Technology practices.
Rajiv has worked with several retail and advanced manufacturing & services clients across North America and Asia Pacific, focusing primarily on business unit & corporate strategy, organization, and full potential transformation capabilities. He has also supported retail and B2B e-commerce engagements in the growth equity space.
In addition to his client work, Rajiv leads a number of professional development initiatives within the Seattle Office. He previously held the Practice Senior Manager role within Bain's Global Strategy practice, driving strategy product and IP development.
Rajiv has worked across our Melbourne and Seattle offices, joining the Seattle office shortly after it opened in 2018.
Rajiv holds an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management and a BComm/BSc from the University of Melbourne.
