He has led multiple transformation programs with large family managed businesses and new-age firms across geographies including India and the US.
His functional expertise is in strategy, new business incubation & growth, and performance improvement, with a deep focus on driving results and embedding change across businesses.
Sujay holds a Master’s in Management from London Business School, and a graduate degree in Chemical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
