Tanja Frohn

Tanja Frohn is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services, Strategy, and Sales & Marketing practices. 

With nearly 15 years of consulting experience, she specializes in corporate strategy, full-potential transformation, and commercial excellence. Her work spans industrial and building technology, logistics and postal, and professional services, among others.

Beyond her client work, Tanja leads the Women at Bain initiative for Bain Zurich, driven by the conviction that diverse teams bring better results.

Tanja holds a master's degree in international management/CEMS from Rotterdam School of Business and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Mannheim.
