Tenson Zhao

Tenson Zhao is a member of our Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice and a member of People & Organization practice.

He has over 10 years of consulting experience, primarily focused on Greater China and the broader APAC region. With deep expertise in technology sector, Tenson advises clients across a range of critical executive topics, including corporate strategy and transformation, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), organization & operating model transformation, and globalization initiatives.

Tenson supports business leaders navigating market entry strategies and evaluating investment opportunities within the rapidly evolving robotics space, utilizing his knowledge on humanoids and robotics as well as broader AI-related topics.

Outside of work, Tenson is an avid tennis player and aspiring surfer, and spends most of his free time on these activities or with his family.
