Cedric Bassil

Cedric is a member of our Public Sector practice, with a focus on regional development and public finance.

He has ~ten years of experience advising government entities and private sector institutions across the GCC on topics including economic, urban and social development, as well as fiscal sustainability.

Cedric holds an MBA from INSEAD and a B.Eng. in civil engineering from the Ecole Supérieure d’Ingénieurs de Beyrouth (ESIB) at Saint Joseph University.
