Since joining Bain in 2006, Cory has honed deep expertise in business model redesign, customer experience transformation through Net Promoter System® (NPS) implementation, as well as educational publishing and technology. His client portfolio spans numerous industries, including cable and telco, media and educational services.
He has supported multiple clients in multi-year cross-functional transformations to improve their strategic, operational and financial performance, often enabled by changes in growth strategy and end-to-end approach to customer experience and customer loyalty.
Cory earned a BA magna cum laude from Yale University and was elected into Phi Beta Kappa. He also holds a JD from Harvard Law School.
