Since joining us in 2006, Cory has honed deep expertise in business model redesign, consumer commercial excellence, customer base management, as well as educational publishing and technology. His client portfolio spans numerous industries, including cable and telco, media, and educational technology, products and services.
In addition to focused corporate projects, Cory has supported multiple clients in multi-year cross-functional transformations to improve their strategic, operational and financial performance, often enabled by changes in growth strategy and end-to-end approach to customer acquisition, pricing, marketing and customer retention.
He holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a B.A., magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Yale University.
