He has more than 14 years of experience in commercial innovation across multiple industries and domains, including loyalty programs, airlines, financial services, and retail. He has also led numerous engagements in those domains.
He is particularly well-versed in transforming business models and organizations through the implementation of ML/AI, optimization, statistical solutions, and digital products.
He has led high-performance and multicultural teams across technology, pricing and revenue management, loyalty programs, data monetization and others.
Diego previously co-founded an Artificial Intelligence and technology firm in Latin America and worked as a commercial director for LATAM Airlines.
He studied at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and owns a bachelor degree of business administration from the Universidad de Chile.
He is fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
