I joined Bain in June 2019 after working with a leading global beverage company for over six years. I have an MBA from the Department of Management Studies, IIT Roorkee and earned my undergraduate degree in Information Technology from Delhi University. I’ve successfully completed an executive education program on ‘Design Thinking for Innovation in Products & Services’ from MIT Sloan School of Management.

My professional career began at a traditional agency where I deployed brand tracking and consumer segmentation protocols on diverse categories. I furthered my experience in the retail industry, playing a pivotal role in conceptualizing the marketing strategy and store launch measurement framework for a global retail brand.
Prior to Bain, I was a member of the strategy & insights function at a gloal beverage company. I handled different responsibilities including advising brand managers to develop high impact brand campaigns, being the system champion for commerical strategy planning and leading the creation of a knowledge hub. In a 4-month stint with the ASEAN unit of the firm, I put together a 5-year strategic business plan for the Indonesia market.
I have a keen interest in exploring heritage sites and love travelling across India. Meditation, gardening and cooking helps me unwind after a long day at work. I have also done recreational scuba diving and plans to do a professional certification soon!
