Hyukjin Lee

Hyukjin Lee is a senior partner and the co-leader of Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Energy & Natural Resources practices.

He has served various clients home and abroad, covering a broad array of capabilities including portfolio strategy, digital transformation, organizational culture improvement, maximization of marketing and sales skills and new market/product development strategy. He also has an extensive experience in various industries ranging from energy, oil / chemicals, machinery, automotive and parts, logistics, electronics to telecommunications. With expertise in M&A and corporate restructuring, he has served various private equities and strategic investors home and abroad on the various topics of commercial due diligence, post-deal corporate value maximizing strategy, divestiture and disposal.

Prior to Bain, he worked for mechanic plant business of Samsung C&T Corporation’s Trading & Investment Group, and Marketing team of Samsung Fire.

He is a graduate of Yonsei University with a bachelor’s degree in public administration. He also earned his MBA degree from University of Chicago.
