Jaclyn Van Blarcom is a member of our New Ventures Program Management.
She joined Bain in November 2021, and has nearly two decades of people and talent management expertise including organizational design/talent assessment, HR business partner/operations, recruiting, mobility and consultant staffing. Jaclyn has deep experience with new program and process architecture and deployment.
Before joining us, Jaclyn spent almost 14 years working at top management consulting firms. She graduated summa cum laude from Columbia University with her Master’s in Organizational Psychology.
In her personal time, Jaclyn is passionate about animals, and is an active member of the ASPCA. She currently resides in New Jersey with her two French bulldogs, Jolie and Bijou.
