About Kazuki

Kazuki Okoshi is a partner based in Bain & Company's Tokyo office. He is an expert in Bain's Advanced Manufacturing & Services, Energy & Natural ResourcesTechnology, Telecommunications and Customer Strategy & Marketing practices.

Kazuki has worked across multiple industries including trading houses, consumer electronics, banking, automotive, hotels and mobile device services on a wide range of topics including corporate strategy, customer strategy and marketing, customer loyalty (NPS®), sales force improvement and after-services strategy. He has also worked on pro-bono consulting projects for non-profit organizations.

Prior to joining Bain, Kazuki has worked as a consultant at another consulting firm, and as a loan officer at The Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank (Mizuho Bank).

He earned a BA in Law from Kyoto University and an MBA from HEC-Paris in France.
