Kelt Kindick is an advisory partner in Bain & Company's Atlanta office.
Kelt has more than 30 years of management consulting experience, working with clients to address their most pressing strategic challenges. He delivers differentiated growth and profitability for his clients through rigorous corporate and business unit strategy, channel management, new business development, global expansion, cost management, acquisition targeting and post-acquisition integration.
He joined Bain 1980 and was elected partner in 1986. He has previously served as managing partner of Bain's Boston office, chairman of the firm's management committee and worldwide Chief Financial Officer.
From 2003 to 2005, Kelt took a leave of absence to serve as the Chief Financial Officer of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Prior to joining Bain, Kelt earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BA in economics from Franklin and Marshall College. He is on the boards of directors of The Advisory Board Company, WPX Energy and Beacon Health Strategies.
