Oliver has almost 20 years of management consulting experience, working with leading companies in consumer packaged goods (CPG). His work includes route-to-market strategy, pricing, digital strategy and transformation.
In addition, Oliver has worked with leading retailers in grocery, fashion and consumer electronics. His work in these sectors has focused primarily on developing growth strategies, category management, digital store operations and concept reinvention.
He has worked in more than 15 countries and previously worked in Bain's Johannesburg office, where he led the Consumer Products and Retail practice in Africa.
Oliver earned a PhD in business administration and economics from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and a master's degree in business communication from Berlin University of the Arts.
