Pierre-Antoine supports global retail and consumer goods players on their strategic agendas, covering topics such as full potential growth (portfolio optimization, marketing strategy), operational performance optimization (topline acceleration, customer segmentation, new marketing and sales plans, cost optimization), organizational transformation and mergers and acquisitions. He also advises clients on new product launches, global digital transformation and post-merger integration.
Pierre-Antoine has worked with large pharmaceutical companies to address a range of issues, including portfolio optimization for over-the-counter divisions, commercial strategy development, growth strategies, new business models, organization and operating model redesign. He has also served clients in the vaccine and health diagnostic sectors.
He has extensive experience advising clients in Europe as well as emerging markets.
Prior to joining Bain in 2011, Pierre-Antoine work for another consulting firm. He also held various marketing and sales positions at Procter & Gamble in London, Geneva and Rome.
He graduated with a degree in engineering from the School of Chemistry & Physics in Lyon and holds a Master of Science from the University of New York.
