Reynold Strossen is an expert in the firm’s Customer Strategy & Marketing, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Media and Technology practices. He works with both “digital native” technology companies and established industry players in technology and healthcare.
Reynold has particularly deep expertise across growth, customer, marketing and digital, as well as data and analytics. He works with clients on these topics across strategy, optimization and performance improvement, organization and operating model.
Reynold joined the firm in 2007. In addition to Bain, Reynold has worked in the Executive Office of the President of the United States.
He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago.
