Rodrigo Kotzias

Rodrigo Kotzias is a member of our Financial Services and Healthcare & Life Sciences practices. He is also a leader in Bain South America's Real Estate practice.

He specializes in strategy and mergers & acquisitions, with deep experience advising leading companies across Latin America. Rodrigo’s work focuses on banking, insurance, payments, healthcare providers, and real estate development and finance — helping clients define market entry strategies, drive operational improvements, and execute large-scale transactions.

Prior to joining Bain, Rodrigo worked extensively in real estate and hospitality, founding and managing several ventures in this space.

Rodrigo holds a civil engineering degree from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina and an MBA from Cornell University. He has lived and worked in Brazil, the US, and China, bringing a global perspective to his work.
