Sam Turner is a member of our Mergers & Acquisitions practice.

She has worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies across a number of industries to define their M&A strategy, including portfolio strategy, M&A capability building, corporate due diligence, and managing large and complex merger integration programs.

Sam has lead the corporate due diligence efforts that created a $5B apparel brand and manufacturer and managed the integration of the two large global grocers that created the largest food retailer in the world. She has experience leading cross-border integration programs for both scale and scope deals. Her work in this space primarily focuses on synergy capture, enterprise structure and org design, optimization, footprint design, offshoring and procurement.

Sam is also a contributing author to Bain's point of view on the importance of and approach to operations integration and Bain's corporate due diligence playbook.

Beyond her client work, Sam is a member of our Global Diverse Abilities at Bain team, and a champion in the Atlanta office, as well as a leader of our Women at Bain recruiting efforts.

Before joining us, Sam was a Financial Analyst at Yale, which is where she received her undergraduate degree in Economics. Sam also holds an MBA from Duke university.
