Veterans at Bain (VAB) is a focused community for Bain professionals who have a military background. Our programming focuses on building lasting connections through mentorship and transitioning to civilian work by providing tailored support to create pathways for success inside Bain.

Bain has been investing in diversity, equity, and inclusion for more than 30 years. Beginning with our early affinity communities, we have expanded into a wide range of comprehensive programs to create a culture of inclusion where every Bainie can thrive.
Veterans at Bain provides members an added layer of tailored support and a space to form meaningful relationships, learn, and advance their careers. We take pride in helping our members share, find connection, learn, and build bonds with other affinity groups.

We hold celebrations on Veterans Day, Remembrance Day, and more, to share stories, highlight members, and hold panels.
Every office holds its own happy hours, dinners, experience share sessions, and more.
