Asians at Bain (AAB)

AAB began with grassroots efforts in multiple offices causing rapid momentum which quickly expanded across other offices.  As a result of consistent efforts and energy across North America, AAB officially launched as a formal affinity group across North America in June 2018.  AAB's vision is to create a tightknit community that provides the support, resources, mentorship and connectivity required to attract talented Asian professionals and ensure they thrive in long-term careers at Bain.
