True North: Scholarship for Women - Australia

Bain Australia True North Scholarship 2026 

True North reflects Bain’s commitment to doing the right thing, for our clients, our people, our communities, and to building extraordinary teams. Through the True North Scholarship, we support penultimate year students who identify as women or non-binary to reach their full potential. Applicants will have the opportunity to interview for an Associate Consultant role at Bain, along with the chance to be awarded the scholarship. 

Applications for Australia’s 2026 True North Scholarship are now open closing on Friday 12 June 2026, 9am AEST.  

Our successful candidate will receive: 

• AU$20,000 scholarship 
• A Bain mentor to provide guidance and access to a vast professional network 
• A potential Associate Consultant job offer with Bain Australia after graduation

Who is eligible?

To be eligible to apply for the True North Scholarship you must identify as female or non binary and be: 

• A current penultimate year student enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree (except MBA), due to graduate in 2027 or mid-2028.  
• Have completed a minimum of one-year full-time equivalent of university study. 
• Studying full-time at an Australia or New Zealand based university. 
• Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.

Apply by Friday 12 June 2026, 9am AEST. Invitations to interview will be extended by Friday 19 June.

• University transcripts (unofficial transcripts will be accepted, please ensure they are not password protected) 

Following your online application submission, you will receive an email with full-step by-step instructions to finalise your application including an invitation to complete our online assessment and our supplementary form which will include answering the following questions: 

• What does 'True North' mean to you? Tell us about an experience/story you have had regarding 'True North'. 
• At Bain, we often work in teams together with our clients, to tackle their most challenging problems. What is your favourite example of a team you have worked in to solve a problem? 

Please ensure the online assessment and supplementary form is completed within the designated timeframe. Your application will be considered complete only once your online assessment and supplementary form have been completed.  

All True North Scholarship applicants will also be considered for full-time Associate Consultant roles to start in 2028.
