We manage all technical aspects of Bain’s software product development. We design the software or data architecture, perform the engineering – low code development, automation and systems integration – and manage technical operations.
Portfolio & projects
We manage end-to-end software lifecycle from discovery and ideation, design and development, to commercialization and scaling. We bridge between the business leaders and technical experts, and ensure our products are of top quality driving client impact and contributing to high client and consulting team satisfaction.
We are responsible for the long term maintenance and growth of Bain’s software products, including developing a deep understanding of the market, competitors and users, translating this into a product vision, strategy and roadmap, and delivering on the development priorities via a prioritised backlog.
