How to apply for this program
This program is open to ambitious individuals with 2-6 years of work experience who identify as women. We welcome applications from all industries and degree types. We’re seeking strong communicators with the insight, energy, and drive to make an impact.

Assessment information
Following your application, you will receive a link to an online assessment which you will need to complete. The assessment evaluates skills that are core to success in the Associate Consultant role, including numerical aptitude, logical reasoning, and behavioural preferences. People at Bain have a diverse range of personality traits and thinking styles, and we are not looking for one single type of person. Will a prior internship count towards my 2-6 years of experience?
No, internships do not count towards this total. We are looking for full-time work experience, which can be from within any industry.

I am not a woman but I am interested in other programmes that I can apply to, how can I do this?
This programme is for individuals who identify as women, If you feel this doesn't describe you, there are other programmes we'd encourage you to apply to. Please visit our internships and programs page for a full list.

Can I apply for the Bain Connect Program and the general application route at the same time?
We encourage you to review the details and eligibility of both our Bain Connect Program and general applications and choose the route that best suits your preferences, experience, and availability. Candidates can apply for both Bain Connect and our general application route simultaneously, and applications will be reviewed on an individual basis. Please note, you will only be invited to interview once within a 12-month period. We kindly ask candidates to wait until this time has passed before reapplying for any position.

Can I apply for the Bain Connect Program and other Bain events or opportunities at the same time?
Yes, all applications to Bain events and opportunities are reviewed on an individual basis. Please note, if you apply to multiple events or opportunities at the same time and have done the online assessment for one application, you may not be required to complete the online assessment again. Please email ExperiencedHiring.London@Bain.com if you would like further information regarding your application process.
