WOMEN MENTORING WOMEN – 2026

We’re excited to announce the fourth edition of our women's mentorship program, Women Mentoring Women. This initiative is designed to empower women pursuing BSc. and MSc. degrees, guiding you to unlock your full potential and pursue a fulfilling career.

THE PROGRAM AND ITS PURPOSE

The Women Mentoring Women program was born from the desire to find new ways to close the gender gap, not only in consulting but in business as a whole. This mentorship program will feature social activities and top-tier workshops from Bain, all aimed at giving you the tools to reflect on your personality, identify your strengths, map your path to success, and boost your confidence. You’ll also become part of a network of competent women who will support you along your career journey.

Each participant will be paired with a Bain mentor who will guide you throughout the program. For those interested in a career in consulting, this mentorship guarantees an interview for the Associate Consultant/Associate Consultant Internship by the end of the programme. Your Bain mentor will also help prepare you for the interview process.

APPLICATION PROCESS

If you’re studying and looking for solid career advice and key insights into your personal and professional development, we encourage you to apply by submitting your CV, grade transcripts, and a motivational letter (max. one page). In your motivational letter, please explain why you would like to know more about Bain and what you hope to gain from the mentorship program. 

Submit your application no later than January 25, 2026. Please note, applications are only accepted from students based in Denmark.

KEY DATES

•    February 18: Introduction to Bain, consulting, and WMW 2026

•    March 4-5: Overnight offsite with focus on finding your purpose

•    May 13: Case interview preparation

•    June 24: Building confidence and presentation techniques
