London Career Forum 2026 – Bain Tokyo Office Opportunities
Bain & Company’s Tokyo office is accepting applications for Associate Consultant position. This position is for class of 2026 undergraduate and master's students enrolled at universities outside Japan and who can join Bain Tokyo in April or September 2026. *Please note that only candidates who have not previously applied to Bain’s new graduate recruiting process are eligible.
Eligibilities:
Fluent in both Japanese and English. For non-native Japanese speakers, JLPT N1 or equivalent advanced proficiency in both spoken and written Japanese is expected.
- Candidates must be eligible to obtain a work visa for Japan and start at Bain Tokyo from April 1st or September 1st, 2026.
- Applicants should have no full-time work experience.

- Interviews (1st to 3rd)

- At London Career Forum, we will interview candidates whose #1 office preference is the Tokyo office only
- If your first office preference is NOT the Tokyo office, please visit your school’s web page to learn application deadline and apply by the due date
- In order to process your application, we require your resume, academic grade such as GPA and language capability information in your application. We will not be able to process your application without all information
- Candidates who pass the resume screening will be contacted sequentially regarding interview invitations
- First-round interviews are planned to take place during the London Career Forum; however, online interviews can be arranged depending on availability
