Bain Student Program 2026/2027
Are you ready to take your first steps in consulting? 🚀
Join the Bain Student Program and become an integral part of our team.
You’ll gain hands-on experience by supporting our project teams on both Polish and international cases, while developing practical skills and getting first-hand exposure to how consulting projects work.
Your tasks will include:
• Conducting data analysis
• Performing primary and secondary research
• Preparing benchmarking materials
• Using Excel and PowerPoint in daily project work

What we’re looking for:
• Strong analytical skills
• Fluent English (minimum C1)
• Knowledge of additional Central and Eastern European languages will be an advantage
• Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Openness to using AI tools and the ability to apply them effectively in day-to-day work
• Accuracy, reliability, and strong attention to detail
• Teamwork skills and openness to new challenges
Recruitment process
Our recruitment process consists of two stages:
1. Analytical test – a short assessment designed to evaluate your analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. AI task – a practical assignment focused on your ability to work effectively with AI tools and apply them to a business-related task.
