WHAT MAKES US A GREAT PLACE TO WORK
We are proud to be consistently recognized as one of the world’s best places to work. We are currently the #1 ranked consulting firm on Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work list and have maintained a spot in the top four on Glassdoor’s list since its founding in 2009. Extraordinary teams are at the heart of our business strategy, but these don’t happen by chance. They require intentional focus on bringing together a broad set of backgrounds, cultures, experiences, perspectives, and skills in a supportive and inclusive work environment. We hire people with exceptional talent and create an environment in which every individual can thrive professionally and personally.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join our Global Business Services (GBS) team in Warsaw. GBS is a network of five interconnected business-function hubs across India, Poland, Malaysia, Mexico, and Portugal, serving Bain globally to run our business, support other functions, and help drive innovation internally. We are over 1,000 business professionals across functions including operations, HR, finance, legal, tech, marketing, research, and data analytics. You’ll work closely with colleagues in Bain’s global Travel & Expense team and support a high-performing team of auditors.

WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
This role is part of our Warsaw-based Travel & Expense (T&E) audit team. You’ll act as a local anchor within a globally distributed T&E function—providing coaching, coordination, and oversight while partnering closely with the Manager to maintain quality standards and service excellence.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Conduct regular audits of expense reports and review ServiceNow tickets

  • Coordinate and guide junior team members to ensure timely, high-quality service

  • Support the resolution of complex and escalated cases

  • Analyze audit results to identify trends and recommend targeted coaching

  • Reallocate team workload as needed to reduce bottlenecks and maintain SLAs

  • Deliver onboarding training for new expense team members

  • Collaborate with EMEA markets to support new joiner induction training programs

  • Step in to support markets experiencing high volume or backlog

ABOUT YOU

  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in a business, finance, or audit-related role

  • Strong command of written and spoken English; confident and clear communicator across levels

  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate, guide, or support a team—prior team lead or coaching experience is a strong plus

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high bar for quality

  • Proactive problem solver with a service-minded, can-do attitude

  • Collaborative, resilient, and energized by working in a dynamic, international environment
