WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join our Global Business Services (GBS) team in Warsaw. GBS is a network of five interconnected business-function hubs across India, Poland, Malaysia, Mexico, and Portugal, serving Bain globally to run our business, support other functions, and help drive innovation internally. We are over 1,000 business professionals across functions including operations, HR, finance, legal, tech, marketing, research, and data analytics. You’ll work closely with colleagues in Bain’s global Travel & Expense team and support a high-performing team of auditors.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
This role is part of our Warsaw-based Travel & Expense (T&E) audit team. You’ll act as a local anchor within a globally distributed T&E function—providing coaching, coordination, and oversight while partnering closely with the Manager to maintain quality standards and service excellence.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Conduct regular audits of expense reports and review ServiceNow tickets
Coordinate and guide junior team members to ensure timely, high-quality service
Support the resolution of complex and escalated cases
Analyze audit results to identify trends and recommend targeted coaching
Reallocate team workload as needed to reduce bottlenecks and maintain SLAs
Deliver onboarding training for new expense team members
Collaborate with EMEA markets to support new joiner induction training programs
Step in to support markets experiencing high volume or backlog
ABOUT YOU
3–5 years of relevant professional experience in a business, finance, or audit-related role
Strong command of written and spoken English; confident and clear communicator across levels
Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to coordinate, guide, or support a team—prior team lead or coaching experience is a strong plus
Meticulous attention to detail and a high bar for quality
Proactive problem solver with a service-minded, can-do attitude
Collaborative, resilient, and energized by working in a dynamic, international environment
