WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join our Global HR Operations team, which supports Bain’s global Human Capital processes and systems. This team partners closely with HR, Program Management, and business stakeholders across offices to ensure seamless operations, drive process excellence, and deliver high-quality support across the employee lifecycle.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As a Senior Specialist within Global HR Operations, you’ll play a key role in supporting and enhancing HR processes, systems, and automation initiatives. You’ll act as a subject matter expert across multiple HR systems and processes, while also driving process improvements and supporting global stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support and administer core HR systems and processes, including Workday, HCPD, CTSU, Time & Absence, and staffing tools
- Manage employee lifecycle transactions such as hires, job changes, compensation updates, and terminations
- Act as a key point of contact for HRIS-related queries, providing expert guidance on systems, processes, and policies
- Lead or support process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and automation
- Build and maintain automation solutions using tools such as PowerApps and SharePoint
- Partner with stakeholders across HR, Program Management, and Finance to ensure accurate and timely delivery of HR operations
- Support training coordination and act as liaison between employees, program management, and global teams
- Conduct data analysis, reporting, and auditing to ensure accuracy and continuous improvement
- Mentor team members and support knowledge sharing across the HR Operations team
ABOUT YOU
Must have:
- 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally within HR operations or a similar administrative environment
- Strong experience working with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and data-driven processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with analytical and automation tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, PowerApps, or similar
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across different regions
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across global teams
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information
Nice to have:
- Experience in process improvement or project management initiatives
- Experience supporting global or multi-office operations
- Exposure to AI tools or automation frameworks
WORKING MODEL
This role follows a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence at least XX days per week.
