WHAT MAKES US A GREAT PLACE TO WORK

We are proud to be consistently recognized as one of the world’s best places to work. We are currently the top ranked consulting firm on Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work list and have earned the #1 overall spot a record seven times.

Extraordinary teams are at the heart of our business strategy, but these don’t happen by chance. They require intentional focus on bringing together a broad set of backgrounds, cultures, experiences, perspectives, and skills in a supportive and inclusive work environment. We hire people with exceptional talent and create an environment in which every individual can thrive professionally and personally.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You'll join Bain's Integrated Operations team, part of our Performance Improvement practice and one of the firm's most dynamic and high-growth areas. Our Operations practice has delivered double-digit annual revenue growth since 2020 and is undergoing an exciting period of expansion and innovation.

Integrated Operations focuses on some of Bain's most transformational work, bringing together expertise across multiple functions and industries to deliver large-scale operational improvement programs that create lasting value for clients.

You'll work closely with practice leaders, industry experts, technology specialists, and client-facing teams across regions to develop innovative solutions tailored to the unique operational challenges of different industries.

As we continue to evolve our capabilities, you'll also help shape how we leverage artificial intelligence and digital technologies, including Bain's partnerships with Palantir and Anthropic, to enhance operational diagnostics and accelerate value creation for clients.

WHERE YOU'LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM

You'll play a central role in advancing Bain's Integrated Operations solution, helping shape its strategic direction, develop innovative capabilities, and strengthen our commercial impact.

Working closely with practice leadership, you'll lead high-impact initiatives that combine strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and hands-on execution. Your work will span solution development, AI-enabled innovation, industry collaboration, and go-to-market activities.

You'll also serve as a key connection between our Operations and industry teams, translating market opportunities and client needs into practical solutions while helping strengthen Bain's position as a leader in operations transformation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Shape solution strategy: Partner with practice leadership to define strategic priorities, assess competitive positioning, identify growth opportunities, and support investment decisions through business case development and financial analysis.
  • Drive innovation and AI-enabled solutions: Lead end-to-end solution development initiatives, including the design and implementation of AI-enabled operational diagnostics that build on Bain's existing tools and methodologies to identify opportunities for client value creation.
  • Strengthen industry collaboration: Coordinate relationships between Operations and Bain's industry teams, developing tailored approaches, commercial initiatives, and capabilities that address industry-specific challenges.
  • Accelerate commercialization: Develop go-to-market strategies, targeted campaigns, sales materials, proposals, and digital assets to support business development and strengthen our competitive positioning.
  • Support client teams: Provide tailored expertise, tools, and content to client-facing teams, supporting proposals, client engagements, onboarding, and training initiatives.
  • Build and share knowledge: Collaborate with knowledge management teams to capture insights from client engagements, codify best practices, and develop training materials that strengthen our Operations capabilities.
  • Enhance market presence: Support thought leadership, external marketing, and engagement initiatives targeting chief operating officers and other senior operations leaders, including executive forums, surveys, and community-building activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement: Analyze proposal outcomes, competitive insights, and feedback from client-facing teams to refine our offerings and improve commercial effectiveness.
  • Support expert deployment: Contribute to the collection, maintenance, and analysis of information on specialist expertise and deployment across client engagements.
