On September 27, 2023, we sat down with Anne-Laure Malauzat, a partner in our Dubai office who champions diversity, equity, and inclusion in the Middle East. With a multicultural background and aspirations to do social impact work at the United Nations, Anne studied political science and Middle East studies before learning about consulting from a Bainie during her time at Georgetown. Anne later joined as an Associate Consultant and became one of the Dubai office's first home-grown partners.

In addition to her client work, Anne now serves as the Leader of the Social Impact Practice for EMEA and as Chief DEI Officer for the Middle East, focusing on gender equity in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). Anne recently released a report, “Advancing Gender Equity in the Middle East Workforce," to create more research on the pioneering change around women in the workplace and leadership.
