Bianca Bax

Bianca Bax is a Senior Expert Partner in Humanized Transformations: "Unlock Collective Value by Igniting Individuals". She focuses on leadership, behavioral change, culture, diversity, equity & inclusion, and organizational rigor.

Bianca has more than 25 years of management consulting experience at Bain, working with senior executives and management teams to address their most pressing strategic and organizational issues.

Bianca joined our Amsterdam office in 1999. For the last few years, she has solely focused on the "human side of change". She is passionate about human interactions and how they influence the results that people can create together. She is a firm believer in the potential of people and invites us to be as rigorous about the human side of change as we are about the analytical "answer."

She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York, as well as an M.S. in chemical engineering from Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands.

She has been a professional coach since 2019 and was a certified SCRUM master 2016-2018. Furthermore, she is trained in Deep Democracy, a discussion and meeting technique to invite the wisdom of different opinions into the group for better overall decision-making.
