I first learned about consulting after doing case competitions in undergrad. I was introduced to Bain by a mentor, and very quickly realized that this was a great place to begin my career. My internship gave me a chance to see behind the curtain and when offered the full time role, I accepted in a heartbeat. Zero regrets since!

The people. It's cliche, but every Bainie I met, I was able to connect with, and I couldn't imagine a better group of folks to start my career with.

100%! The opportunity to own workstreams early in my tenure, supervise within a few years, and see our recommendations come to light are all parts of the job that keep me excited.
