How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?
I knew Bain was the right fit from my first interactions during the application and interview process. Everyone I spoke with was genuinely interested in getting to know me and clearly passionate about the work that they do. I felt energized and included from those early conversations, and that feeling has only grown since joining the firm. Over the past four years, I’ve continued to learn from those around me and feel consistently supported by both my team and leadership. I still carry that same excitement today and hope to help create a similar experience for recruits as they go through the application process.
What advice would you give a candidate who is interested in recruiting for consulting?
