I was a part of the BEL program in 2023, where I learned the fundamentals of Bain and the consulting world overall. I returned as an ACI in 2024, and started as an AC in 2025.
How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?
The people stood out to me as not only being smart and ambitious, but welcoming too. This is a team-based industry, and I wanted to work at a firm that values strong interpersonal relationships and has a great working culture.
“Build Your Own Bain” means creating a thriving career on your own terms. How have you been able to “Build Your Own Bain?”
I've been able to participate in many extra 10s that enhance my experience at Bain. In addition to being a school team lead for Michigan, I am the class captain for AC1s, a member of the Bain soccer team, and in the Bain wine club. All of these extra 10s have expanded my community at Bain, and helped me feel more at home.
