Share your journey to Bain.
I first heard of Bain during my sophomore year at the University of Notre Dame. At that time, I was unsure of what career path I wanted to pursue, but I quickly fell in love with the dynamic and interesting work that Bain carries out on a daily basis. I made it my goal to become a part of the Bain family, and with the help and support of many Bainies and others in my support circle, I joined Bain in November of 2025. It has been a truly wonderful experience thus far.
How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?
I knew Bain was the right company for me based off the many conversations that I had with Bainies during my time in undergrad. I always left conversations with Bainies feeling inspired and fulfilled, and the people were so genuine and caring. Since joining the firm, I have continued to be so impressed with the quality and integrity of my coworkers.
Do you feel like you can do impactful work at Bain? What opportunities excite you?
As an AC1, I have seen first-hand the very impactful work that Bain does. On my first-ever case, I was tasked with presenting a software overview to a VP of the company. The VP came away impressed, and in the end, the company ended up buying the software. The opportunity to present and positively influence some of the largest companies in the world is available to Bainies from their very first year!
