How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?
Bain is the right company for me because they put their people first always. I feel like I can be my authentic self at work, which brings me joy and really allows me to always be putting my best foot forward. I am invested in both personally and professionally and it feels great to know that I have people in corner who care about me. I am also continuously growing and learning and have the support I need to continue on to the next level and be successful.
Do you feel like you can do impactful work at Bain? What opportunities excite you?
Absolutely. In my role, I am essentially running the process to hire our biggest asset – our people! The recruiting process can be long and I love being able to showcase what makes Bain great, to provide support through the recruitment process and to celebrate offers!
Share some of your favorite work (personal or professional) you’ve done while at Bain.
Being an integral part of the recruitment process for students, giving offers and running the internship program, then seeing the consultants get promoted to Sr. Manager and beyond is very exciting and rewarding to me! There are many consultants who are now in leadership roles that I remembers supporting throughout the recruitment process just a few years ago.
