How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?
I knew Bain was the right company for me because of the people and the culture. From the start, I really enjoyed how everyone is so kind and genuinely willing to help. The environment is incredibly collaborative, and it feels like people truly want each other to succeed, which made me feel supported and excited to grow here.

“Build Your Own Bain” has meant having the freedom to take ownership and shape my experience. I’ve been able to create events and run them in my own way, which has allowed me to bring my ideas to life while building community. Having that trust and flexibility has made my experience at Bain especially meaningful.
Share some of your favorite work (personal or professional) you’ve done while at Bain.
Some of my favorite work at Bain has been running AC and ACI recruiting and events at UW. I’ve also really enjoyed planning CREW and BEL events because it’s been fun working closely with others and building community.
