Stay curious and stay true to yourself. Consulting is about teamwork, creativity, and problem solving - so think about what draws you to that. Reach out to people, ask questions, and don't stress about having the "perfect" background or answer. It's more about finding a place where you'll thrive and a team you'll be excited about joining.

What should candidates know?
