Dheera Anand

Dheera Anand is a member of our Consumer Products and Operations practices.

Dheera has more than 12 years of experience in driving complex, large-scale supply chain & operations transformations for several Fortune 100 and 500 companies. She has significant experience advising global clients and has helped transform complex global supply chains while driving sustainable value adding up to hundreds of million dollars in savings across cost and cash. She spends a lot of time working with senior supply chain executives, helping them design their supply chains to be reliable and resilient.

As clients aspire to digitize their supply chains and operations, Dheera helps them think about the operating model implications, value proposition and the human capital and talent agenda that will drive successful transformations. Dheera has deep expertise in integrated business planning, demand forecasting, integrated digital planning, demand/supply balancing and supply chain segmentation.

In addition to her client work, she is active in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts, both within Bain and in the Greater Chicago Area. She is a strong advocate of women in supply chain and manufacturing.

She previously served as a partner in another top firm's Supply Chain & Operations practice.

Dheera holds an MS from the Viterbi School of Engineering at the University of Southern California and a B.S. in electrical engineering from the Maharshi Dayanand University, India.
