Eric Wells

Eric Wells is a managing partner and his focus is on working with clients to sharpen their strategy and accelerate their operational and financial performance.

Eric is an expert in Bain's Performance Improvement, Transformation, Strategy and Organization practices and has deep expertise in growth strategy, complexity reduction and operating model redesign. He advises global businesses in the consumer products, retail and healthcare industries, in addition to advising private equity clients on acquisitions and post-acquisition strategy.

Eric has been with Bain for 15 years, working with offices and clients around the world. He previously worked in Bain's Amsterdam office and has partnered with clients and Bain teams across Europe, South America and Asia-Pacific.

He has a life-long passion for education, having started his career as a high school teacher.

Eric earned an MBA at Stanford's Graduated School of Business, graduating as an Arjay Miller Scholar. He earned his BA and MA at Stanford University.
