Ettie Nikolova

Ettie Nikolova is a member of our Enterprise Technology and Financial Services practices.

She has led multiple transformation efforts at the intersection of technology and business strategy, primarily in the payments ecosystem. Her focus areas include new product development from strategy to launch readiness, delivery effectiveness for product and engineering teams, technology operating model, and data & analytics strategy and governance.

Ettie joined Bain in 2017 and has also worked in our Houston and Toronto offices.

She earned an MBA from the Yale School of Management and graduated from Cornell University.
