Jeff Wu

Jeff Wu leads our Product Management and Innovation work across EMEA. He is also a member of our Financial Services, Private Equity, and AI, Insights, and Solutions practices.

He partners with industry leaders across financial services, private equity, and other sectors to identify and pursue disruptive opportunities—such as agentic AI, B2B software transformation and value creation, and digital assets/blockchain. His work often involves orchestrating complex, cross‑functional transformations and building programs that span engineering, design, business, and operations teams to rapidly develop and launch new solutions and support multi‑year scale roadmaps.

As emerging technologies continue to reshape industries in real time, he focuses on fundamentally rethinking user needs, rearchitecting end‑to‑end workflows for hybrid human–AI teams, and equipping clients and Bain teams with cutting‑edge tools to dramatically accelerate idea‑to‑adoption cycles while enhancing the accuracy and precision of delivered solutions.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys exploring deep questions about existence, consciousness, and purpose, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and discovering new people and places around the world.
