Liz Ziccardi

Liz Ziccardi is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources practice, advising oil and gas, power, and industrial clients on strategy, performance improvement, and large-scale transformations.

Liz partners closely with client teams from strategy development through implementation, with expertise in enterprise portfolio shaping, business unit strategy, and operational value creation. She is known for delivering measurable results — ranging from building value cases that guide multi‑billion‑dollar decisions, to quantifying significant profit uplift across commercial and operational levers, to establishing cross‑functional operating models and upskilling client teams. She brings deep experience in implementing large‑scale change programs to accelerate impact and build lasting client capabilities.

Beyond her client work, Liz serves as the VP of Consultant Recruiting for Texas.

Liz began her career as an investment analyst at Hall Capital Partners in San Francisco before joining Teach for America as a teacher and grade-level chair at KIPP San Francisco Bay Academy. She joined Bain in New York in 2016.

She holds a BA in international relations from the University of Virginia and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

In her free time, Liz enjoys running, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her husband and two boys.
