Luis Otoya

Luis Otoya is a leader in Bain's Results Delivery® and Performance Improvement practices. He has more than 15 years of industry and consulting experience.

Luis holds deep expertise in Results Delivery® Office (RDO), which emphasizes coaching, capability building and change management to enable the delivery of results for major change programs. Over the past five years, he has successfully led Results Delivery Offices during three large scale, multi-year transformations. He also focuses on performance improvement and specifically the application of zero-based redesign across G&A functions. His industry experience spans oil & gas, utilities, healthcare and consumer products.

Luis also has experience in private equity due diligence, capability sourcing/shared services, data-driven marketing, licensing and field force optimization.

Prior to Bain, Luis worked in information technology consulting for Acumen Solutions and business development for Sprint Nextel Corporation, both in the Washington DC metro area.

Luis holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSE in biomedical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
