Mariia Nykytiuk

Mariia is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice.

She advises manufacturing clients across Germany, Austria, and Europe, with a focus on strategy, go-to-market, commercial excellence, target operating model design, and performance improvement. Her recent work includes initiatives in SG&A optimization and procurement.

Beyond her client work, Mariia serves as a full-time recruiting captain and is a member of the Munich Consultant Professional Development Committee.

Before joining Bain, Mariia was a consultant at a leading global consultancy. She holds an MBA from INSEAD.
